Which UPC to choose from when adding an existing product?

I’m looking to add a product to sell which already exists on Amazon. However, my particular item has 5 different listings to choose from. Some have the same UPC number and others don’t. Which listing do I choose from? The highest sales rank? The best description? The lowest cost? The first one listed? Does it matter which one you select?
