Why are my ads not working.

Hello, I’ve been selling on Amazon for a while now, I started off selling really well but I did run out of stock ever since sales have been going really slow. I have been spending quite abit on my PCC campaigns with a budget of £50-£100 a day. They get clicks, they get impressions but get hardly any sales. Looking through the data a lot of my sales are organic. Can someone please let me know what the problem could be with my listing. B09V577JKR
