Why did my sales all of a sudden go to 0?

I was consistently selling a new product (about 10 months since launch), then I got a letter from Amazon last weekend that said to check the data because “We’ve recieved complains complaining the description didn’t match the product. However, Voice of the cust is all good from what I can tell. Our return rate went from 10% to 5% because of changes I made a couple months ago. It did say that 25% of the returns said there was something wrong with the description or something, but I figure they probably just fill something in.

Anyway, no clue if that e-mail has anything to do with it or not. Should I make some random change to the description or could it likely have nothing to do with this?

I lowered the price a bit a week ago and sales went up. Could they be testing the algorithm or something? If so, how long could this last? It seems crazy to have 2 days with no sales at all
