Will Amazon Accept My Trademarks Description For Brand Registry?
Hey everyone, I’m trying to file a trademark for my grilling company but we only sell one product right now our rolling grill basket. I think I’ll make a custom description using the standard TEAS option with many different products that I intend to sell and file it under intent to use so I can keep my options broad. But I was wondering will Amazon still accept the trademark if there are so many products in the description of my trademark?
On the other hand, do you guys think that I should file with the description “Cooking grates adapted for barbecue grills” under TEAS Plus and still get accepted by Amazon even though we aren’t exactly selling cooking grates? Or does the description have to exactly match the product to the point where I have to make my own using the TEAS standard?
Btw I don’t care about the USPTO accepting the trademark right now because I can get a brand registry with a pending trademark. All l I need to know is what Amazon will accept and I think I’ll be good. Thank you guys.
