Will we actually get shut down on June 27th if INFORM process still in pending??

I’ve completed all the steps except the address/postcard. I’m not in the US, and also away from the address until the 28th.. Should I change travel plans to get back earlier, or do you think there will be a grace period if you’re in pending still?
