Winter Capacity Manager is a Joke

I do 300K in revenue a month. I sell about 10K units a month. This is using about 2000 cubic feet of capacity. For the winter capacity, I just got given 400 cubic feet lol. What the hell is this. Been waiting in queue for the capacity manager reservation fee request for weeks. Can’t get anyone on the phone for this because it is an “internal team” that approves it.
