You couldn’t get a more disorderly company than Amazon
On the consumer side, my account is stuck in an infinite loop of a purchase going through, tripping a security alert, me calling customer support, them sending the issue to their security team, the security team clearing my account for all future purchases, and the process repeats ad-infinitum.
Apparently, Amazon has no customer support or solutions beyond this tier 1 level (which have no options but to keep repeating a failed process); thus my account enters into an endless loop as if the entire customer support process was operated by drones with only 1 possible means to conduct all purchase-security-related issues.
On the FBA side, I had to approve my account 4 successful times before emails would stop telling me to submit the same documents over again.
Now I come to find the product listing draft I spent over an hour on and saved multiple times is non-existent; doesn’t exist, just is gone.
What is the point of drafts is they don’t work? Is this happening to others?
