Your account does not qualify

“You cannot list this ASIN because it is restricted from importation by courier model.”

This is the horrible message I keep getting when attempting to add a new item to inventory.

I sell primarily media. I’m in the US and no, these items do not have shipping restrictions.

I’ve seen other people with this issue, and there doesn’t seem to be rhyme or reason for why this is happening. Seller Support just continues to give the same automated message stating they’re not accepting applications for you to sell this at this time, “blah blah blah.”

It would help if they actually gave me a reason for why this occurs like maybe order defect rate, IPI, account health, etc. All of my metrics are good, especially for a media seller. It’s been like this since May, and although it hasn’t put me under, it sure is preventing me from growing exponentially.

Anyone else experience this?
