How to speak to an advisor while on the phone with seller support
Im trying to speak with an advisor since the normal rep are completely helpless with my issue. I have heard that Amazon has an escalate culture to resolve things and many people said they had success with this route. However, everytime I ask to speak with an advisor the reps always rejected the request and said they are the last point of contact. Not sure if it is a hard no or something wrong with my approach. Does anyone know how to go about this?
