How do I know if my shipment is lost?
I have been selling my product on Amazon for 1 year+ and have never had this issue before.
On April 8th I sent a large box filled with inventory through Seller Central for FBA.
The shipment was delivered on April 17 but checked in on April 10 to Port St Lucie (i don’t understand why the dates are not chronological)
Ever since April 10 the shipment has been in “Receiving” claiming that they are available for sale.
However, my FBA inventory claims I have 0 units available and 0 units inbound (my previous stock has sold out during this period)
Is my shipment lost or is the processing period slower now? I have never encountered this problem before and I’m very concerned that my inbound inventory is 0 when there should be 30+ units.
