Account Deactivated

My account was running for around 6 months with no issue and then we were deactivated because of a false dropshipping claim. We have submitted the packaging and contract with our private label to show that we are in fact shipping product from our warehouse. They still haven’t deactivated our account with tons of evidence. Has anyone ever successfully reactivated their account once it was suspended? How long did it take?
