Deactivated, not sure what amazon is asking for now
Hi,
Earlier this Nov, I had my seller-fulfilled offers deactivated. I appealed and was successful and was able to continue doing business. The reason it was deactivated was because I was creating multiple listings for the same product. So same product, different ASINs. I was doing this to avoid the fair pricing policy in place, so when one was taken down I had another as backup that I can put up, and the process would repeat. Once I was reactivated, I created a duplicate listing again but to a lesser degree than the first time. Boom, I got deactivated fully for my stupid mistake.
Now amazon was asking for a POA, I submitted my POA 2-3 times now and they keep saying this:
Hello, We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.
Why did I receive this message?
You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For confidentiality reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.
My POA below is attached:
Dear Amazon.com Seller Support,
I’d like to thank you for assisting me with writing another plan of action so that I can hopefully continue conducting business on the Amazon platform.
First and foremost, I would like to discuss what led to my account deactivation. Earlier this November, I had all my seller-fulfilled offers become deactivated. This meant Amazon would only let me conduct business on the platform if I sent in inventory to FBA. The reason why my seller-fulfilled offers were deactivated was because I had created multiple duplicate ASINs. The reason I created duplicate ASINs for the same product was so that when one of the ASINs became inactive due to the fair pricing policy, I would have another ASIN for the same product that I can make active so that I may keep selling my product. I would keep creating duplicate ASINs every time one ASIN became inactive and it was a repeat process. This ultimately broke the code of conduct that Amazon had in place for all sellers using the platform. I quickly appealed and was successful and continued to conduct business on the platform. Couple days later after my appeal was successful, I once again had created duplicate listings of the same product to a lesser degree than the first time thinking it was not a big issue. This was a huge mistake on my part which ultimately led to the account deactivation because once again Amazon does not allow the creation of multiple detail pages for the same product. This also violated my previous POA. Amazon had told me to follow the steps described in my plan of action and that repeated violations of this policy would result in consequences and I simply did not think much of this.
I would like to discuss the actions I took to directly resolve the root cause of my deactivation.
Immediately after account deactivation, I had closed all the product listings I had in my inventory. I have also fulfilled every single remaining order received up until my account deactivation. All customer inquiries have been answered, and all return requests are still being taken care of even past account deactivation. I have taken the time to read all of Amazon’s policies, especially the Selling policies and seller code of conduct to make sure I do not violate them again.
I have also taken some steps to improve future business practices on the Amazon platform.
I will regularly check up on Amazon’s guidelines and policies to make sure that I am not violating any of the rules. I’ll continue to monitor Amazon’s policies just in case there are any changes in the listing policies or any applicable laws, which could affect my account and from there react proactively. Creating listings in the future, I will be making sure that all descriptions and detail pages are 100% accurate. I will be also using a third party software (onepageinventory) to track inventory in the future for new product listings that will be created to ensure that there will be no duplicate/inaccurate listings being created. I have attached a picture of the software that I will be using. I will also be conducting a check every two days on my inventory listed on amazon to make sure inventory count, product detail pages, product images, are all in check and compliant with amazon guidelines.
I have also studied some of the help articles that Amazon has on their website and YouTube to further expand my knowledge on some of the more important policies and once again had taken a thorough look through the seller policies and seller code of conduct page.

Thank you for taking a look once again at my plan of action and how I plan to remedy these issues that I have caused. I hope this shows that not only have I learned from my mistakes but also that I am unconditionally committed to improvement. I hope that this is enough for me to get reinstated so I can show that I am committed to adhering to amazon’s guidelines.
Amazon’s deactivation email stated this:
Dear AAMStore, Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because it appears you have continued to violate Amazon listing and pricing policies by creating duplicate listing outside of our pricing policies which is a violation of Amazon “Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct” and violates the previous POA you provided acknowledging this issue: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801 This is a violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801
What can I further do to improve my POA? Any help is appreciated at this point, thanks in advance.
