As a seller from Europe (with a company in Europe) do i NEED to have LLC to sell on Amazon USA?

As a seller from Europe (with a company corporation) do i NEED to have LLC to sell on Amazon USA?

i was told something about insurance or resale certificates and things like that, that its better to have LLC, can someone explain?
