Delivery date changing?

Anyone ever encounter the following issue?

I’ve had the buy box for a product for the last 3 months. Ships same day, or following day 1 day lead time Lowest price Delivery in 3-4 days.

Now when I look at the listing my delivery date is roughly doubled? I read something about order defect rate causing this and now losing buy box. Any ideas?
