Help & advice on getting started on Amazon India

I am launching my frist private label product in Amazon India and need advice from the veterans what are the things I need to take care of before and during the first few weeks of the launch? How do I get my first 100 – 200 sales and in what time frame? My product’s approx cost is ~₹500-600.
