Seller Professional Account Refund

Hey everyone, I am a pretty new amazon seller here (a seller with literally 0 sales lol), and I wanted to know if it is possible to get a refund for the subscription over the months I haven’t used it for anything at all. I had called up today and they said I have an active listing which doesn’t let them request a refund. Is it true? Is there any way to get a refund because I have not used the account since September 2022 to February 2023. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
