New Seller Question

So, I have yet to start selling on Amazon. My seller account is approved, brand name registered (not brand registry), and I am ungatted in the “roasted coffee” section of Amazon as a manufacturer.

There are huge players in this market. Is this category way to saturated?

Any tips will help.
