How to create Prime Exclusive Discount for Prime Day

I want to setup an Prime Exclusive Discount for Amazon Prime Day but I do not have a checkbox to set the offer for Prime Day, apparently there should be a checkbox that says something like “Is this a Prime Day Discount?”, I only have the date range option.

Does anyone have advice how to get around this?

Please help me make Prime Exclusive Discounts for Prime Day.
