Has Anyone Had This Happen Before:
Latest Message: We do not have enough information to restore the previous status of your account. Why is it happening We are unable to confirm the delivery of our recent orders shipped by the seller. Please provide us with a delivery guide or validate the tracking information that is currently uploaded. Tracking information can be provided in the order management section of your seller account. If you are a seller of Amazon Easy Shipping, please confirm that you use this service for your orders shipped by the seller as part of the sending process and ignore the inclusion of tracking information. Delivery evidence should include the buyer’s confirmation of receipt or proof of delivery documents. If we do not receive the requested information within 90 days of the date of the original notice, your account will remain disabled. Do not attempt to create a new vendor account. Creating a new account will delay the reactivation process and may permanently close you account.
l’ve replied on 3 occasions now stating I’m an Easy Ship customer (Amazon courier collects & delivers), I’ve even sent them all the orders and tracking (which is from their own system)
I’m not sure what else to do…
