I bought a product from a verified supplier and submitted the invoice (PDF version) to Amazon but got denied. Amazon is asking for an invoice in a non-editable and supported file format. isn’t PDF version not good enough? It has all the supplier information. Should I try to close the case and resubmit? Thank you
