Lack of Sales for my Listing

Someone helped me fix my listing to get the top listing on “snack and drink cups” for my black party cups listing. That same day I managed to get 3 sales but three days after that I haven’t gotten a single sale.

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what.
