Reseller Notifications

Have any you guys got any notifications via mail requesting not to resale their products on Amazon and saying pretty much stop by this date or face consequences? These notifications have been from name brand products I’m reselling, however I am doing everything legally and requested from Amazon and have permission from them or have been unbranded and meet all of Amazon requirements. I personally think these companies are trying to scare me away. Can anyone relate or have encountered this? How did you handle it? Thanks.
