Amazon 3400 euro fine

Amazon france asked me for video ID verification. To set an appointment they ask you for your amazon-token id. And this verification is done by a third party.

So i felt something is wrong because they ask for my token and did not proceed. One month later, today, they say they uave fined me 3400 euro for policy breach. They say i can dispute the 3400 euro by doing the verification.

Does it make sense ?

The email sender seems legit.
