Multiple brands under one store?

I currently sell Textiles under one registered trademark/brand in my Amazon store.

Due to an ongoing trademark opposition I’d like to create a second brand in the same industry of textiles in my current store so that I can piggyback off the momentum off my old listings.

My intention is to gradually transition my existing listings from the old brand to new ASINs under the new brand.

Is this allowed under Amazon’s policies? Are there any restrictions I should follow when managing multiple brands in the same account and industry?
