Hire an Ad Manager?

Is it worth paying someone on upwork or Fiverr to manage you PPC, Instagram, Google ads to drive traffic to your Amazon listing?

I’m torn between wanting to learn the ad process but at the same time I’m wondering how much money I’d waste in the learning process vs potentially saving money when hiring an experienced professional.
