which photo wins? and what can i do

If a product is already listed on amazon, and its sold by 4 other sellers.

but my item differs in packaging as appearing on the listing.

what is the best solution to this issue?

asking to change pictures would be not logical if 4 other sellers are selling that item with that packaging.

so would i be allowed to use another EAN/UPC/GTIN to list it? or what is the best solution
