Help! Account Deactivated

Hello – I’m desperate for some help! I fired my CEO in 2020 because of a few messes he got us into. Now, im in a position where I’m prepared to ‘relaunch’ my Amazon sales, however, my account has been deactivated. Someone? in another country, with a store I have never heard of has opened a storefront “using some of the same information that we used to register.” I am very much a mom-and-pop US operating business. I have tried to file appeals and I’m still deactivated. I feel like this is fraudulent activity. Can this person see MY business details?! What can I do??
