As the title states. Each account has 2 – 6 orders, all ordered on the same day to different addresses, for the same ASIN, all refunded a few days later. What is going on? I thought they may have been dropshipping, and then doing a refund scam (saying amazon package was empty), but in that case amazon do not show it as refunded on sellers side right? (since they reimburse the customer themselves as they are responsible for the lost item).
So they must be opening a return (nothing has been returned yet to FBA but its only been a few days), or worse saying that the item was fake or something like that.
What are they playing at? What should I do, I’m thinking of writing up a report with all order id’s and accounts and opening a case.
Any advice will be appreciated.
