Close or Delete listings on out of stock products?

We have about 10 listings of items that are now all sold and show as out of stock. The company that is producing our product is currently shut down due to an illness. Small business. Since I don’t expect to be able to restock for another week or two, is it best to close the existing listings, or delete them and start over fresh when everything is back in stock?

I’m thinking that before I delete the stock if that’s what I decide to do, I should download the inventory files, and then have those available for doing a bulk upload when we restock those items. Just don’t know how to handle a lack of inventory that can’t be solved immediately. We do FBA.
