How to cancel our Amazon UK account?

We no longer wish to do business on Amazon UK. We have liquidated all our Amazon UK inventory, so currently we do not have any Amazon UK FBA inventory. It’s also worth noting that we also sell on Amazon United States and Amazon Canada. But we only want to cancel our Amazon UK seller account.

We reached out to Amazon UK seller help and they gave us the following instructions, “You can terminate your account by following this help tool: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/solution/DA_CloseAccount2”

We followed the link and submitted our request but nothing has happened since, this was 10 days ago and Amazon UK seller help hasn’t been very helpful. Any ideas?
