Amazon Compliance requirement – Help

I have been selling on Amazon for at least 10 years now and we sell religious merchandise. We developed and created and produced some new Silicon Easter bracelets for Easter / Sunday School Classrooms for kids. This is not our first silicone bracelet we have developed and sold on Amazon. we have at least 6 other bracelets that we currently sell. Anyway last night I received an email for needing some compliance documents. I clicked on the link and it took me to a page that really does not explain crap. it is looking for compliance for something called: “upsc_childrens_jewelry_US-merchant” I don’t see a document to read what this is or what they are looking for. All I see is a link on how to upload the document. Has anyone run into this or know what I need to do to be in compliance? is this new? in over 10 years I have never had to do this before. any help on this matter would be appreciated.
