Tell how to fix this?

I recently uploaded my first product. I uploaded 6 images to go with my listing. However, only 5 are live on Amazon.

There is nothing unique over the 6th picture. It is just a blanket over a wall. But it is probably the best picture.

Any reason why Amazon won’t allow this? Is it the 85% rule? Really struggling to get my product page to read and look how I want. My product description doesn’t seem to update to reflect new text either.

Having come from Shopify there seems to be a lot of lag in using Amazon
