An LLC helpes another LLC getting ungated

The first LLC : has 10k revenue, my brother and I are member The second LLC : I am the only member, since I want some autonomy and also have this act as our backup LLC

Can the first LLC give the 2nd LLC the approriate invoice, therefore I can use the invoice to ungate certain items on Amazon Seller Platform ?
