Restock Report “Recommended replenishment qty” no longer showing

The Restock Report is now only showing zeros for the “Recommended replenishment qty” for all of our SKUs. If I view a SKU on the restock inventory page, it gives me a Recommended replenishment quantity so I believe this is just an issue with the downloaded restock reports.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any suggestions on how to download the recommended replenishment quantities in bulk?
