UAE account registration rejected

Hello, I obtained a trade license and tried to open an account on amazon UAE. In the “Company Registration number” I put in the number shown on certificate of registration DSO-FZCO- xxxxx format, then i attached the trade license (got rejected because the numbers don’t match), tried submitting the license number (yyyyy format) instead, got rejected again and now i cant re-apply. Any help would be appreciated.
