Tax Info – Single Member LLC in NM US, Non-US member

I am a non-us Resident with a Single-Member LLC.

I opened my Seller account with this LLC and I have to fill the Tax Interview.

I do not want to show my personal information in the invoices and I want to show just my LLC information.

After selecting “Individual” and “No”,

which Full Name I have to indicate: mine or the LLC?

Which Country of Citizenship? my own or the LLCs? Can I indicate the LLC full name and my own country?

Which permanent address? The LLC one, does it?

I’ll appreciate an explanation like I’m five. Thank you
