Aliababa seller sent product with their own logo- Did I mess up?

They have their brand name-logo on the product and only registered in china but it does have a UPC.

Should I remove that sticker and add mine?
Should I get a new UPC?
Or should I get this brand registered in USA with the same name as manufaturer’s? I know stupid question but still….

Can I sell in clear plastic bag with adhesive? I will do the drop test.
Should I get a big brand label and get FNSKU printed on that? Or should I print a label separtely with FNSKU, made in china and suffocation warning?
