Stop and return request received??
So I ordered a pretty expensive item on Amazon yesterday (20th Sept) from a private/ third party seller. Today (21st Sept) I received an email at 7am my order was dispatched and an hour later I checked the updates of where the item was and now it states “stop and return request received” an hour later. I am still very confused what this means, and when I checked the delivery option it states “cancellation requested” and unable to track my order due to “problem occurred”. Has anyone ever experienced this issue?
I did not cancel the order, it appears Amazon, seller, may have cancelled and no idea why
Just looking for advice or anyone has a similar problem 🙂
