Suppressed listings won’t accept corrections, no reason given
At my job I am fixing a lot of Amazon listings for search suppression, but for some reason, it accepts only a few corrections.
For this common issue, it says it is suppressed due to lacking a color, and department name. Whenever I put these in, it thinks on it for a few days before spitting it right back out. It even acknowledges the changes I previously entered right on the suppression page, but doesn’t say why the previous entry wasn’t good to accept.
For example, I have an item which is all black with no other colors, image of is an all black item. I put in the color map “Black” and under color, I put “Black” again, and in department name, I put “Unisex”
It says “your previous contribution” and lists these things I put.. but it still comes back to me and saying there’s an issue here, even though it identifies that I put in the required information and just not accepting it.
Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong here?
