Is Amazon VCS available in Germany

Hi all,

Really simple one – is Amazon Vat Calculation Services (VCS) available in Amazon Germany?

I think I remember a few years ago it was discontinued there, but I can’t find anything online and don’t want to get this wrong.

Anyone able to answer yes no on this?
