Fulfillment center telling carrier to wait another 3 weeks before delivery
Hi all,
I have an order of three pallets going to a center in Arizona. The carrier said it was ready to be delivered on 11/11 but now on 11/13 I just saw an update that said Amazon scheduled the delivery appointment for 12/2. That’s about 3 weeks from now. Is this normal? Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is it likely to be updated and delivered sooner?
Any help is appreciated. I am just trying to figure out how all this works. I know it is Q4 so that could play a roll. I’ve heard of long times from delivery to receiving. But never Amazon scheduling the delivery appointment 3 weeks out from when it was ready to be delivered.
