Ending the EPR Auto-enrolment

I just got hit with a €30 fee due to the sale of a single book to France last year, which triggered my enrolment in the EPR scheme.

I have since ended that listing, so there will be no more sales to France, and no products listed in Amazon.fr. Can I safely assume I will not have to pay the fee again next year as I will make no sales there again, or do I have to actively remove myself somehow?
