Refunds for item not recieved
Hello, I am new to Amazon and we have gotten a 3 refunds out of about 100 sales. One for lost package (package stuck in loop with UPS) , one for did not receive (the tracking shows delivered) and one for item not as described.
I am guessing this is just part of selling on Amazon and there isn’t much I can do, but I thought I would ask if there are any options for me. Can you get anything from UPS loosing a package? Should I dispute the person who said they didn’t get the item or the person who said it was not as described?
