Can’t select “Standard ad” when setting up a campaign

Hi, I’m trying to set up a Sponsored Ad, but when I click to select “Standard ad” instead of Custom text, my page freezes and crashes. A popup says “Page unresponsive”. It’s been doing this all day.

I have tried logging out/in, restarting the browser, trying a different browser, clearing my cache, disabling extensions, restarting my computer…. but nothing is working and it keeps crashing. Is anyone else having this issue or just me?

I’ve sent an email to Amazon but not sure how long they’ll take to respond.
