Hey everyone,
I’ve been noticing an issue on Amazon where customers are being provided with tracking numbers that are either already in use or show as delivered before the package has even shipped. This is causing confusion and frustration for both us and our customers.
Has anyone else been dealing with this problem? If so, how have you handled it? I’d love to hear if this is a widespread issue or just something affecting a few sellers.
