Advice needed – Amazon Seller is the worst software and customer service I have ever used
I started amazon seller a month ago, and I swear for a trillion-dollar company, I cannot fathom how bad it is. I understand that things get taking used to and have definitely learned a lot in the one month I’ve been selling, but it’s just ridiculous how bad the UI is, how slow things get processed, and how terrible the customer service is (they never seem to understand what I’m trying to ask?). I don’t know your experience, but my experience so far has been terrible.
Compared to regular amazon for consumers (whose customer service I actually like and the UI is easy), Amazon seller is a complete 180 in my eyes. Seems like they don’t care.
From your experience, does anyone have any foundational advice that could help moving forward?
