Anyone attended Sellers United or Innovate conferences? Worth it?

Hey everyone — I’m considering attending either a Sellers United event or the Innovate conference and wanted to see if anyone here has gone to either one.

Were they worth the time and cost? Did you walk away with actionable strategies, good networking, or was it more fluff than substance?
