Was delivered to FBA warehouse 7 days ago

FEDEX confirmed 3 cartons were delivered succesfully.
Amazon warehouse status only 1 carton is received.
The status is receiving, and support asked us to check after 1 month.
is it normal or my 2 cartons are lost.
