Newbie Question about Buy Box on Handmade FBM Item

I recently set up an item I make as a Handmade item that is FBM. My original price was slightly higher than my price for that item on Etsy and AMZ hid the add to cart button because “No featured offers available”. I put the items on sale for less than the Etsy price and in Seller Central the items say “Sale Price Featured Offer”. The only issue is that the live listing still has no featured offers. Should I just be patient and wait for this to change or might there be another issue I should dig into?
