Can and how do I sell to amazon directly in bulk?

I’d like to start manufacturing and selling USA Made phone chargers and I’m in the gathering information phase. Do you put in a bid for a certain product they want and then lowest bidder gets it or is this send a sample if they like it they buy 10,000 off of you or what?
